About Me and The Family

Hello! My name is Leyna and I'm a very proud Air Force Wife and mommy of two precious little boys.

I recently moved to Ohio from Nebraska. I graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelors of Journalism with an emphasis in broadcasting. I married the love of my life, Jesse on August 4, 2006. We welcomed our first, W, on May 21, 2007. Our second son, P-man came into the world on March 19, 2010. My boys mean everything to me.

My family, being a mommy, cloth diapering, baby wearing, baby sign language, breastfeeding support, pregnancy/natural childbirth, singing, horseback riding, scrapbooking, instilling an early childhood education, zumba, MOPS, Nebraska football, and gymnastics are some of my interests.

This is my wonderful hubby, Jesse. He is a Tsgt in the United States Air Force. He has been active duty for almost 11 years. He is currently a senior at the University of Nebraska-Omaha, studying political science. Jess will graduate with his bachelors in December 2011. After his career in the Air Force is over, he is planning on attending law school. Jesse loves the great outdoors, working on cars/trucks, being involved with scouting (he's an Eagle Scout), Nebraska football, politics, cooking, and spending time with his two boys.

W was born on May 21, 2007 at 9:47pm in Nebraska. He will be 4-years-old in May, and I can't believe how fast time has flown by. W is a very bright little boy who loves to learn new things. His favorite song is, "Itsy Bitsy Spider", his favorite toy is anything with four wheels, his favorite show is, "Dinosaur Train", and his favorite book is, "Goodnight Moon".

P-man is our 2nd born, he came into this world on March 19, 2010 at 8:08am. I can't believe he will be a 1-year-old in less than a month. P-man is definitely my little mama's boy. He loves to snuggle, laugh, play peek-a-boo, and clap to, "If You're Happy and You Know It". He can say, "mama", "dadda", and "baba", can crawl, climb stairs, stand unassisted, and walks when he feels like it. It's been so much fun watching P-man grow.
